Dr. Ya (Allen) Cui received his Ph.D. from the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He did Postdoc trainings in Baylor College of Medicine and University of California, Irvine. Now he is a Principal Investigator (Assistant Professor) of the Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at UC Irvine.
Dr. Cui is a formal member of the GREGoR Consortium.

Wenbin Ye received her Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from Xiamen University in 2021. Her current research focuses on using multi-omics data to explore the functions of APA, aiming to better understand human biology and disease in support of biomedical decision-making.

Dr. Liu is a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Cui's lab. She earned her PhD in Computational Biology at Beijing Institute of Genomics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2020. During her PhD and postdoctoral work, Cong studied RNA modifications, multi-omic data mining and big data analytics. She is generally interested in Bioinformatics and genomics applied to RNA biology.
Dr. Hu is a postdoctoral fellow in Dr. Cui's lab. She earned her B.S. in Biology at Tsinghua University and M.D. in Clinical Medicine at Peking Union Medical College, Division of Neurology. Dr. Hu's research focus on uncovering new genetics risk variants/genes in brain diosders, such as neurodegenerative and cerebrovascular diseases.
Tanye Wen is a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at UC Irvine. His research currently focuses on integrative analysis of high-throughput multi-omics data for complex diseases based on next-generation sequencing.
